Here's how and why I use it:
- They have a mac app as well as a mobile app which works really well in conjunction with the web dashboard.
- I can export invoices straight away for each client, so I don’t have to even think about it after I’ve tracked the time.
- It’s cheap.
- I can see how much money I’ve made for the month, as well as outstanding invoices, etc.
The way I use it: I have all my clients set up there, with my hourly rate for each client (It’s not the same for all currently). Then I have the app running on my Mac all the time. When I start a task I start the timer and set the task for that client, when I’m done, I just stop the timer and start timing the next client/task.
